Mike Miller rumors: Denver Nuggets considered the favorite to land the veteran
By Jack Crosby
Although top stars like LeBron James and Carmelo Anthony have finished up their free agency decisions, that doesn’t mean that things still aren’t rolling along. There is still a good group of role players on the open market, and one of them is sharpshooter Mike Miller, who has been drawing some interest from the Denver Nuggets, Cleveland Cavaliers and Houston Rockets as of late.
But as with any race, there’s usually one team that sticks out above the rest as the favorite to win out in the end, and according to ESPN’s Jeff Goodman, that team right now is the Denver Nuggets.
Given his history with LeBron while in Miami, there were some that considered it almost a lock that he would end up in Cleveland. James is comfortable with Miller by his side, so don’t count the Cavs out of the race just yet.

As far as the Rockets are concerned, having now lost Chandler Parsons to the Mavericks after they refused to match his offer sheet, they could too amp up the efforts at Miller in the next few days.
But for right now, it seems like the Nuggets have a leg up on everyone.
