When LeBron James left the Cleveland Cavaliers four years ago to create the super team with Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh with the Miami Heat, many people familiar with the professional wrestling business likened the move to that of Hulk Hogan joining the nWo in 1996 at Bash at the Beach. LeBron turned on his good guy roots to join the bad guys, in a sense.

More from LeBron James

Well now that he has decided to return to Cleveland and play for the Cavaliers, there are some that believe he turned his back on Wade and Bosh, just four years after they formed the two-time championship-winning unit.

This time around, sticking with more current events, wrestling folks have compared this move to that of Seth Rollins turning his back on the Shield, one of the more dominant groups of the modern era in wrestling.

Because of that, and thanks to the folks at Fox Sports for the heads up, someone created a video that has gone viral of James turning on his buddies, in the same form that Rollins turned on Dean Ambrose and Roman Reigns.

That is just simply amazing, but as the guys at Fox were so quick to point out, the only thing that’s really missing is Jim Ross in the commentary booth rather than Michael Cole. But that still doesn’t completely take away how hilarious this is.
