On Monday the Worldwide Leader noted the top five NBA teams who they believe will have the biggest turnarounds during the 2014-15 season. As expected, the Cleveland Cavaliers (LeBron James), Chicago Bulls (Derrick Rose) and New Orleans Pelicans (Anthony Davis) were easily predicted.

More from Brooklyn Nets

But what about those who are expected to have some of the more turbulent seasons? ESPN released their forecast on Tuesday and believes the Los Angeles Lakers, Houston Rockets and Indiana Pacers will have less than stellar 2014-15 seasons.

The full list is as followed:

1) Los Angeles Lakers

2) Houston Rockets

3) Indiana Pacers

4) Brooklyn Nets

5) New York Knicks

Ironically, the New York Knicks were also listed on the biggest turnaround list, so it seems many expect them to have a roller coaster season, though isn’t that typical of the Knicks?

As for the turmoil list, it generally makes sense. The Los Angeles Lakers have a sub-par roster which isn’t going to sit well with Kobe Bryant. The Houston Rockets rolled the dice and ended up losing major parts of their roster while the Indiana Pacers are to be without Paul George.

The Brooklyn Nets seem to be a bit of an odd inclusion considering they were a playoff team last year, but some likely feel age and regression will catch up. The New York Knicks meanwhile still lack a balanced roster and patience in the Big Apple is already thin, even with a newly re-signed Carmelo Anthony and Phil Jackson running the show.

In the end, it seems that most of the above mentioned teams are likely to experience some down moments come the ’14-15 season.
