Hall of Fame QB Jim Kelly showing no more signs of cancer
By Jack Crosby
In what could very well be considered the best news of the day on Wednesday thus far, regardless of what happens for the remainder of it, doctors have notified everyone that, at this time, former Buffalo Bills quarterback Jim Kelly is no showing no signs whatsoever of the cancer that he has been battling recently.
News like this is heartwarming, especially in the case of Kelly. Being such a beloved, public figure in the NFL world, we have watched Kelly go throughout the entire process. We’ve dealt with the harsh news when he was originally diagnosed, we’ve watched him go through his chemotherapy treatments through pictures shared by him and his wife, and we felt a bit of victory when he was released from the hospital.

Then, there was the amazing sight back at the Pro Football Hall of Fame induction ceremony a few weeks ago. Kelly was in attendance to watch his good friend and former no. 1 target, Andre Reed, receive hi long awaited induction into the Hall. To top things off, after Reed finished his speech, Kelly took the stage and tossed one more pass to his friend.
This is great news for not only football and Bills fans across the country, but most definitely the entire Kelly family as well. We wish them nothing but the best going forward, and their perseverance through all of this was admirable, to say the least.
