They had to hold off the Virginia Cavaliers, Memphis Tigers and Texas Longhorns. However, after a 62-27 victory over the Arizona State Sun Devils, most thought the Bruins were ready to break out.
The Utah Utes obviously have other plans. They took an early 7-0 lead on Tevin Smith’s pick-6. Then, in the second quarter, Kendal Thompson found Dres Anderson for a 42-yard touchdown on a brilliant catch.
