That sound you just heard was a collection of college scouts rushing to book their tickets to the next Tiffin Columbia high school football game in effort to watch Cliff Miller.

A touted football prospect, Miller decided to have a coming out party for the ages during Friday night’s shootout at W.W. Skiles Field against league rival Shelby.

While the final score of 83-82 might be extremely impressive it’s not nearly as jaw dropping as Cliff Miller’s box score which included over 500 rushing yards and ten (yes, you read that correctly) touchdowns in the contest.

Even better? The football game ended on a two-point conversion and I’m guessing you probably can figure out who scored the game winning points.

"But Tiffin Columbian’s Cliff Miller scored his 10th touchdown of the night on an 8-yard run. Tornadoes’ coach Brian Colatruglio, probably tired of watching his defense, decided to put the game in his best player’s hands and went for two and the win. Miller barely squeezed into the end zone to cap an incredible show."

Completely ignoring the double-digit touchdowns for a quick moment, how does one even run for 500-yards?! Just the thought of amassing such while taking the abuse of plundering through the tackles (even if it’s just high school) seems to defy logic. Just thinking about it makes me exhausted.

Outside of likely dropping the jaw of scouts who attended the game, you’d have to think Miller created quite a workload for the opposing defense come film study this week. Of course his own defense gave up 82-points so maybe he needs to play both sides of the ball. He apparently doesn’t seem very easy to tire out so perhaps he could swing that into his game as well.
