The Ohio State Buckeyes continue to dominate the Alabama Crimson Tide in the Sugar Bowl, picking off Blake Sims for a 41-yard interception return touchdown

Blake Sims was attempting to lead a comeback for the Crimson Tide after falling behind 27-21 in the Sugar Bowl, but things went a little askew when  a third quarter pass to Amari Cooper was intercepted by Steve Miller and returned for a 41-yard touchdown. Miller stepped in front of the poorly thrown ball and rumbled to the right pylon like a tight end for the touchdown.

The game has been rather surprising to the Crimson Tide, who have been outgained 456-290 by the Buckeyes. Cardale Jones continues to impress, throwing for 243 yards and a touchdown. He’s also added 52 yards on the ground and has done an admirable job protecting the ball.

Check out the game-changing pick six below:

The Buckeyes are keeping their foot on the pedal, and currently lead Alabama 34-28 late in the fourth quarter.

Will Blake Sims lead another comeback like he did against Auburn in this year’s Iron Bowl? He seems rattled and is trying to force plays knowing his team is down. If the Crimson Tide are to come back, he must settle down and lean on his running game to carry the team.

Whatever team comes out on top will need to play better against Oregon in the National Championship, who silenced their critics after dominating Florida State in today’s Rose Bowl.
