A look at the format for this year’s AAC Men’s Basketball Tournament and a printable bracket to go along with it

The month of March is here, which means it’s time to get set for the NCAA Tournament. However, before we get to that point, we have to watch all the conference tournaments play themselves out and that includes the AAC Men’s Basketball Tournament.

The American Athletic Conference has some of the best basketball played at the collegiate level and some of the top teams in the conference are legitimate contenders for the national championship.

This year, once again, the charge for the conference is being led by the SMU Mustangs. Under the direction of Larry Brown, this program has made some fantastic strides over the course of the past few seasons and capturing the AAC crown would be an enormous step in the right direction. From there, they could then set their sights on the national title.

It won’t be an easy road, though, especially with the teams in the conference that they’ll be trying to fend off.
