Kentucky got off to a hot start in the opening minute against Frank Kaminsky and the Badgers before the player of the year and Sam Dekker and the rest of the Wisconsin team settled in and built a seven-point lead at one point in the first 20 minutes.
But runs are commonplace in basketball and the Wildcats responded with a run to make things close and Trey Lyles gave Kentucky a two-point lead and he did so with authority as Marv Albert would say with this flush.
Lyles only has two field goals in the first half, but he made the most of this one as he gave Kentucky a short-lived two-point lead before Wisconsin answered with a long two-point basket to beat the buzzer to close the first half.
Can Kentucky improve to 39-0 and win the second half or can Wisconsin pull off the upset and ruin their pursuit of perfection. Let us know in the comments section below with your winner for the game.
