The 2015 national championship game in underway on Monday night in Indianapolis between the Duke Blue Devils and Wisconsin Badgers, and Wisconsin has already had some worry put into them with the loss of Josh Gasser.

Gasser, one of the starters on this amazing Wisconsin team, was fighting for a rebound very early on in this one when he caught a finger right to the eye.

You can see the play below.

From there, Gasser was taken to the bench where the trainers took a look at him for quite a while, even heading into the first commercial of the night after the clock hit 16 minutes.

When the game came back from commercial, Gasser was shown heading to the locker room with the medical staff so they could check on him a little better.

The good news for the Badgers, though, was that upon examination in the back, Gasser came right back out and checked back into the game.

Wisconsin definitely escaped a scare there.
