Duke fans on campus in Durham are pretty excited about their team’s national title win on Monday, so naturally they’re burning things

The Duke Blue Devils are once again the kings of college basketball. On Monday night in Indianapolis, the Blue Devils captured their fifth national championship when they were able to defeat the Wisconsin Badgers, 68-63, in what was an instant classic game.

Of course, as you would imagine, the Duke faithful are out of their minds right now, and rightfully so. More so, the Duke fans that are on campus right now in Durham are pretty excited, and they’re celebrating really the only way college kids know how these days.

They’re burning things…

Of course they are. OF COURSE THEY ARE.

It seems nowadays that the only way college kids know how to celebrate is by burning things. The easy thing to do would probably be to blame West Virginia football fans and their flammable couches after a win, but the trend probably started way before then.

Whatever the case, Duke fans will be burning things all night long in Durham, because they’re once again the national champions.
