A look at how you can follow along with all the action on Saturday from the Georgia Bulldogs spring football game with live updates.

The Georgia Bulldogs have their annual G-Day spring football game from Sanford Stadium at 2:00 p.m. ET and Mark Richt’s club has a quarterback competition that is taking center stage.

Huston Mason is gone after one season as the starting quarterback, but for the first time since 2010 when Aaron Murray and Zach Mettenberger were competing for the job has there been as much uncertainty at the most important position in football as there is this spring.

Brice Ramsey is the favorite, for now, to be the starter when Georgia opens the regular season on Sept. 5 against Louisiana-Monroe but will have to hold off  Faton Bauta and Jacob Park between now and then.

Whoever wins the job will have a new center with David Andrews gone and former top recruit and rising sophomore Isaiah Wynn looks like the man to beat. He has fared well in scrimmages this year and appeared in 11 games, making one start as a freshman last year.

Of course with a new quarterback and center for the Dawgs, there is also a new man calling the plays with Mike Bobo leaving to be the head coach at Colorado State and Brian Schottenheimer the new offensive coordinator. It will be interesting to see how his offense looks in what is expected to be a very vanilla game plan.

Nick Chubb figures to play a prominent role as a sophomore after a sensational freshman season and could make a run at the Heisman if Georgia can live up to their preseason expectations of them being the SEC east favorite, as they always seem to be.

Defensively, Jeremy Pruitt’s defense should be one of the best in the SEC this year. The strength is in the front seven, especially with outside linebackers Leonard Floyd and Lorenzo Carter arguably the greatest pass-rushing duo in college football.

The battle for the inside linebacker positions and who replaces Damian Swann at cornerback will be two areas I’m watching on Saturday. If you can’t travel to lovely Athens, GA for the G-Day festivities and want to get the latest news, you can follow along with our live game tracker below.
