North Carolina makes hardly noticeable changes to uniforms (Photo)

North Carolina is re-branding their uniforms and the changes really aren’t that noticeable.

North Carolina will have new uniforms for their sports teams starting in 2015.

As part of a re-branding effort the school has made changes to their basketball and football uniforms along with changes to the rest of their sports programs.

The changes, however, really aren’t that significant, especially when it comes to the basketball uniforms as it’s hard to notice the difference.

The school is stepping up it’s efforts reinforce the use of the “Carolina Blue.”

"The school has updated the interlocking “NC” logo, though the changes are subtle, and reinforced the use of “Carolina Blue” as part of an #OurBlue campaign. All 28 teams will use blue and white as its primary colors, using Navy blue, black and metallic silver as secondary colors."

The basketball jerseys look much like last year’s, but do a good job of featuring the interlocking “NC” and the subtle use of the secondary colors.
