The NFL schedules for the 2015 season were released on Tuesday for all teams, one of which was the Indianapolis Colts.
The Colts are coming off of a busy offseason where they added a number of key players onto the roster. They are hoping to make a run at the Super Bowl again this season. They have brought in Frank Gore to take over the running back duties and also brought in veteran wide receiver Andre Johnson to make plays in the passing game. He will be a huge target for Andrew Luck during the season. Those are a couple of impact veterans to add to the offense.
The team also brought in Trent Cole, Nate Irving and Kendall Langford for the defense. The team is looking to stack the roster as much as they can in order to make that run.
The Colts finished last season with an 11-5 record. They were able to beat the Cincinnati Bengals in the wild card round of the playoffs and then took out the Denver Broncos in the divisional round of the playoffs. They were unable to beat the eventual Super Bowl champion New England Patriots in the Conference Championship game though and fell short of the goal.
The Colts are looking to make another run in the 2015 season. They have restocked the roster and look like one of the top contenders out of the AFC. With Andrew Luck on the roster, this team will always be competing for a championship.
Will this be the season that they will get over the hump and get to the Super Bowl? Will this be the year that Andrew Luck lifts the Lombardi Trophy?
