The FanDuel tournaments were very split up today. There are still eight games left for the evening ones though, leaving us plenty of options to win some more money.

More from FanDuel

Here are my late FanDuel picks for April 29:

Pitchers:

Best Bet:

Zack Greinke, Dodgers ($10,000): Greinke has manhandled the Giants in his career. The current team is hitting just .208 with three homers and seven RBI off of him in 125 at bats. The bad news for the Giants is that Hunter Pence has two of those homers and three of the RBI. Greinke is a great bet tonight.

Honorable Mention:

Carlos Martinez, Cardinals ($8,500): Martinez dominated the offensively challenged Brewers in his last start. Tonight he gets another offensively challenged team in the Phillies. Martinez has a great chance for the win and a lot of strikeouts.

Catcher:

Best Bet:

Stephen Vogt, Athletics ($3,100): Sure, he only has one hit in four at bats off of Matt Shoemaker, but it was a three run homer.

If You’re Cheap:

Nick Hundley, Rockies ($2,800): Hundley has owned Josh Collmenter so far in his career. He is 5/11 with two walks, a double, a homer, and three RBI off of him.

Next: How Does The Infield Look?

First Base:

Best Bet:

Freddie Freeman, Braves ($3,200): Freeman has hit Jordan Zimmerman pretty well in his career. He is 6/19 with three walks, a double, and two RBI. He is a good bet for solid points tonight.

If You’re Cheap:

Billy Butler, Athletics ($2,900): Butler has only faced Shoemaker seven times, but he has two walks, three hits, and two RBI against him. He is as good a bet as anyone to get you a few points.

Second Base:

Best Bet:

Daniel Murphy, Mets: ($3,100): Murphy has hit Mat Latos very well to the tune of six hits in 17 at bats. He has two doubles and two RBI, but no long balls. He is still a good candidate to get you points.

If You’re Cheap:

Rickie Weeks, Mariners ($2,200): Weeks has a lot of history against Wandy Rodriguez from playing in the NL Central for so long. Weeks is 16/50 with four doubles, three homers, nine walks, and five RBI off of Wandy. He is a good bet to keep it up tonight.

Shortstop:

Best Bet:

Starlin Castro, Cubs ($3,200): Castro is 5/9 with a walk and two RBI off of Gerrit Cole. He is about the only Cub besides Wellington Castillo who has managed to figure out the young right hander. Castro is also off to a good start. That should continue tonight.

Honorable Mention:

Elvis Andrus, Rangers ($3,100): You must think I’m crazy. Recommending Elvis against Felix Hernandez. Well, Elvis has been the king in their matchups. Andrus is 23/77 with six walks, four doubles, and an impressive 13 RBI. You can’t really go wrong with him tonight.

Third Base:

Best Bet:

Adrian Beltre, Rangers ($3,000): Yo, Adrian! Beltre has also handled King Felix pretty well. He has 10 hits in 36 at bats, and his 14 strikeouts against him won’t count against you in FanDuel. He has a double, three walks, a homer and a pair of RBI off the King.

If You’re Cheap:

Chris Johnson, Braves ($2,300): Johnson is 4/15 with a double and three RBI off of Zimmerman. You can do worse!

Next: Let's Check The Outfield

Outfield:

Best Bets:

Giancarlo Stanton, Marlins ($4,900): Stanton has only faced Bartolo Colon six times, but he has three hits, a walk, a double, a homer, and two RBI off of him. That is a pretty good track record, limited as it may be.

Nelson Cruz, Mariners ($4,900): Cruz is 4/11 with three walks, a double, a homer, and five RBI off of Wandy Rodriguez. It could be a long night for him in Texas, and a good night for Mariners’ hitters.

Leonys Martin, Rangers ($3,600): Martin is another Ranger that has done pretty well off of Felix. Martin is 10/29 with two doubles, two triples, a homer, and five RBI off of Hernandez.

If You’re Cheap:

Carlos Gonzalez, Rockies ($3,200): CarGo is 5/12 with two walks, two doubles, two homers, and three RBI off of Josh Collmenter. He is a great option that is cheaper in the realm of outfielders.

Mark Trumbo, Diamondbacks ($3,200): Trumbo is only 4/12 off of Jordan Lyles, but threee of those hits are home runs, and he has a whopping seven RBI off of him too.
