College football meets pregnancy announcement as one Ole Miss fan showed what happens when the Rebels beat the Alabama Crimson Tide.

Ole Miss lost to Alabama for 10 straight years before the Rebels pulled off the upset over the No. 1 ranked Crimson Tide last Oct. 4 when they came away with a 23-17 win from Vaught-Hemingway Stadium.

Apparently emotions were running high after the game, and no, I’m not talking about the Rebel faithful who rushed the field and tore the goalposts down and celebrated all weekend long in one of the best college towns in America.

No, I’m talking about some intimate relations between a man and woman. Specifically, at least one baby was made that night as Heather Callihan posted a picture to her Facebook page with a very unique –and sweet — pregnancy announcement.

Senquez Golson came away with the game-clinching interception in the game’s final seconds when he leaped into the air to pick off a Blake Sims pass intended for O.J. Howard, so if she’s thinking of some names for her baby if it’s a boy, I mean, Senquez is a pretty cool name.

Plus, it’ll be a lot easier to spell than Nkemdiche.

But in all seriousness, this is pretty cool and shows how important college football is to people, especially in the south where college football is king — and always will be. The Rebels don’t beat Alabama very often so when it happens it is cause for a big celebration and making some babies.

Congratulations are in order to Heather and her family that is growing by one in July.

Also, if you were wondering Ole Miss plays Alabama on Sept. 19 in Tuscaloosa, so maybe Heather and her new bundle of joy can travel to the game and if things shake out as they did last year, perhaps she’ll have another great announcement in a few months after that game.
