New Florida head coach Jim McElwain showed up to SEC Media Days on Monday with a bad case of sunburn
SEC Media Days kicked off on Monday, which means that it’s time to get ready for the coming college football season. Of course, part of SEC Media Days is getting to know the new coaches that are coming into the conference to try and make their mark, and one of them is new Florida Gators head coach Jim McElwain.
Well, while he hasn’t won a game on the field yet for the Gators, he’s certainly made his mark.
McElwain was a good point of focus on Monday for SEC Media Days, and while we’re all intrigued about whether or not he can bring the Gators back to prominence, we were all a little more focused Monday on the recent sun tan that he acquired…
Yikes, coach! Yeah, you’re not residing in Colorado anymore, so you might wanna get yourself some of that sunblock.
He would appear on camera again later and it didn’t look as bad, but you can still tell he got a pretty bad burn.

Not quite the first impression that he wanted to make, but if Florida can get back to their winning ways, I’m not sure anyone will really care what he looks like.
