The picks have been made by the ACC media and they see a match up between Tigers and Yellow Jackets for the crown in December

The annual ACC Kickoff is taking place this week as we get set for the 2015 college football season, and as we all know, the media gets their chance to make their picks for who will come out on top in the conference when all is said and done. The past three years now, the conference has belonged to the Florida State Seminoles, so does the ACC media see a fourth title in a row on the horizon?
Well, actually…no. The ACC media sees that streak getting broken.
They’ve made their picks, and according to the tally from the ACC media, it will be the Clemson Tigers and Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets meeting one another in December for the right to be called ACC Champions. From there, they see Clemson taking their first ACC title since the 2011 season.

While it is a bit odd to see Florida State not picked to be the kings of the conference, Clemson and Georgia Tech deserve the right to be favored to steal the show.
Both teams have stud quarterbacks of their own returning. DeShaun Watson is expected to return fully healthy for his sophomore season in Clemson, and Justin Thomas will once again be running that high-powered Georgia Tech offense that just obliterated Mississippi State last season in the Orange Bowl win. Of course, both teams have some key pieces returning on the defensive side of the ball as well.
But as we’ve seen year in and year out, anything can happen once the football is actually being played on the field. For now, though, Clemson and Georgia Tech are pretty solid picks.
