We all remember the drama last week that came about between Stephen A. Smith and Oklahoma City Thunder star Kevin Durant. With Durant ready to hit free agency after this season, the First Take member pretty much came right out and said that Durant would be headed to the Los Angeles Lakers. Well, not long after that, Durant fired right back and said that Smith was a liar, plain and simple.

Well, Smith has issued his latest response, and this time he may really have crossed the line. Basically, he threatened one of the biggest stars in the NBA.

During Monday’s edition of First Take, they were discussing the whole situation where Durant called Smith a liar, and more or less, Stephen A. laid down a threat to KD.

Yeah, that might have been crossing the line just a tad. If Smith does have a problem with Durant calling him a liar after he laid out Durant’s potential personal plans for everyone to see, true or not, that’s something you take up with him personally, not on live television with a threat like this.

Now we have to wait and see if Durant will issue another response of his own to all of this.
