No week will stretch your fantasy football team more than week 9 with six teams on a bye week. You’ll need to dig deeper than usual for options to fill your roster in both season-long and daily fantasy football leagues.  To help you find some options to consider at a deep wide receiver spot, check out my top 5 wide receiver sleepers on the following slides.

More from Buffalo Bills

As usual with my weekly sleeper posts, you won’t find any big name options in this post. Instead, I’ll focus on players who are further down the salary structure in daily leagues and are on the waiver wire in some season-long leagues. You won’t find Randall Cobb, Julio Jones or even James Jones listed here. Instead, I’ll try and select some lesser-known receivers who can be picked up on waivers or purchased at a low price but still produce solid numbers in week 9.

My week 8 picks had a solid week with Michael Floyd and Tavon Austin leading the way with big weeks while Davante Adams struggled and Eddie Royal left with an injury.  This week, the options are limited since the Cardinals, Ravens, Lions, Texans, Chiefs, and Seahawks are all on a bye week.

Earlier this morning, I gave you my five sleeper running backs who I think can help you this week.  If you’re looking for our complete fantasy football coverage, check out our fantasy football hub which is always loaded with tips, picks, and the latest injury news.  You can find my full week 9 recap tomorrow morning and my waiver wire pickups for week 10 early on Tuesday.  If you have lineup questions for one-week or your season-long leagues, I’ll answer as many as I can before kickoff on Twitter @FansidedFantasy so let me know what decision you’re stuck on for week 9.

Let’s kick off this Sunday morning with these five wide receiver sleepers for fantasy football week 9.
