1) Dallas Cowboys – Jerry Jones

If you want a general manager who’s hanging out and with undesirables, getting his dong rubbed up on over the pants, ripping up a party bus in ways that only Rob Gronkowski can dream of, and probably getting more action than any septuagenarian this side of The Villages then Jerry Jones is your guy.

If you want a general manager who listens to younger folks, doesn’t insert himself into every storyline, and employs more than yes men and lackeys, then look elsewhere.

Jerrah is a fantastic businessman, and a legend in the league. However, the game has passed him by. Yes, the Cowboys were good one season ago, but they’re back in the tank in 2015. Yes Tony Romo went down, but Jones has stood by his decision to trot out the halfway broken-down quarterback and fully cripple Romo.

Oh yeah, and there’s also the whole Greg Hardy mess. There’s a point in time when you become tone deaf and tune out everyone around. Jones is wading into the waters of Al Davis land (without the epic hairdo), and that’s never a good thing.
