Andre Miller finds Zach LaVine for full-court alley-oop (Video)
Zach LaVine flew yet again to finish a beautiful full-court alley-oop from Andre Miller for the Timberwolves
The Minnesota Timberwolves, though it hasn’t always translated to success, have been one of the most exciting teams in the NBA through the first two months of the 2015-16 NBA season. With all of the explosive young talent like Andrew Wiggins, Zach LaVine, and rookie Karl-Anthony Towns in tow, the Wolves are wildly entertaining if nothing else. However, the resident old man Andre Miller got in on the fun on Monday night.
With the Wolves taking on the lowly Philadelphia 76ers on Monday night, Miller secured a rebound and looked like he was about to take the ball up the floor and set up the offense. As it turns out, he chose to expedite the process by tossing a full-court alley-oop on a dime to a cutting LaVine who used his insane leaping ability to go up and slam it home:
There have certainly been more incredible dunks from LaVine over the course of his young career, but this might be the prettiest play as a whole. That pass from the veteran Miller was picturesque and LaVine timed his jump perfectly to be able to go up and slam it home. If you haven’t watched Minnesota this season because of their lack of success, Miller and LaVine are here to let you know that you’re missing out.
