High Salary PF

DeMarcus Cousins-Sacramento Kings (11,400): Cousins price continues to rise, and his production has to be incredible to be worth his 11,400 salary.  He has been producing at that rate lately though with at least 58 fantasy points in five of his last six games.  He had 26 points, ten boards, six assists, and five blocks against the Pelicans on Thursday, and only has really struggled in one game this month.  In January, he’s averaging a phenomenal  32.6 points, 12. rebounds, 3.3 assists, 1.5 steals, and 1.2 blocks.  He’s in a tough matchup tonight against the Grizzlies who have allowed the fewest fantasy points to opposing centers so far this season, but it’s hard to leave Boogie off of any roster at any price given his recent run of dominance.

LaMarcus Aldridge-San Antonio Spurs (7,200): Aldridge was actually outscored by Love in fantasy production the last time these teams met finishing with just 18.5 fantasy points against the Cavs.  However, he had a big game against Houston on Wednesday when he had 25 points, ten rebounds, and five assists for a total of 45.5 fantasy points. He isn’t a lock to perform tonight in this pretty tough matchup, but with Tim Duncan sitting out he’ll be a key part of the Spurs attack.

Kevin Love-Cleveland Cavaliers (7,100): Love was excellent last night against the Pistons totaling 40+ fantasy points for the second straight game and finishing with 29 points, six rebounds, and three assists.  He will be in a much tougher matchup tonight against the Spurs and their excellent internal defense, but I still think Love is a matchup that makes sense in a limited PF pool.  He had a double-double when these two teams met in San Antonio finishing with ten points, a dozen rebounds, and 28 fantasy points. In his last six games, Love has reached 43 fantasy points four times ∗∗

Ryan Anderson-New Orleans Pelicans (6,900): Anderson went off for 36 points on Thursday in the game against the Kings while adding four assists and nine rebounds for a total of 55.25 fantasy points. He has at least 36 fantasy points in each of his last three games and will be set up for a heavy workload again tonight if Anthony Davis is unable to play against the Nets. No Davis-∗ With Davis-
