On this Sunday, the college basketball regular season has officially come to an end, and that means it’s time to get set for March Madness. Now as we all know, March Madness doesn’t just include the NCAA Tournament, rather it all begins with the conference tournaments. And one of the tournaments that a lot of people are looking forward to is the Big Ten Tournament.
The Big Ten was one of the most fun conferences to watch all season long, meaning that this tournament should deliver when it comes to excitement.
Of course, the Indiana Hoosiers will be coming into this one as the No. 1 seed in the field, having won the regular season title outright. However, they’re not out of the woods yet. They’ll have some stiff competition from teams such as Michigan State and Maryland, especially Maryland who will be out looking for revenge after what took place on Sunday, the last day of the regular season.
Really, when you look at this field and the rest of the brackets for the conference tournaments, the 2016 Big Ten Tournament might end up being the best when all is said and done.
