Wayne Selden’s uncle loses his mind after nephew’s big dunk (Video)

Wayne Selden threw down a thunderous dunk for Kansas against Baylor and his uncle went crazy over it

As the Kansas Jayhawks were looking to make a statement against the Baylor Bears in the second half of their 2016 Big 12 Tournament semifinals matchup by coming back from a small deficit, the Jayhawks looked to their leaders to make it happen. As it turns out, Wayne Selden Jr. was more than up to the task as he threw down one of the best dunks of the college basketball season:

Selden’s dunk is obviously just absolutely absurd as he skies right through a Baylor defender like he’s not even there. However, if you’ll notice at the end of the video, the real highlight of Selden’s big slam might be his uncle in the stands losing his mind. Seriously, you have to see Wayne Selden’s uncle absolutely going crazy over the play that his nephew made again:

If Wayne Selden’s uncle was on the Monmouth bench, they would easily be the best celebratory crew in the history of college basketball. As for now, though, the vote is split after this from Selden’s uncle.

The reaction to Selden’s dunk is just so fantastic; his uncle literally has to be held up on multiple occasions during his celebration because his excitement is uncontainable.

Basketball doesn’t get much better than a huge, posterizing jam like the one that Selden threw down against Baylor. The only way it does get better is if you’re uncle is going to celebrate like this.
