No. 12 Arkansas-Little Rock vs. No. 4 Iowa State

The NCAA Tournament First Round has finally come to a close and it was an exciting first two day of games that featured upsets, big teams dominating and basketball fans everywhere losing their minds over the fact that the No. 15 Middle Tennessee State Blue Raiders somehow managed to knock off the No. 2 Michigan State Spartans.

It was just one of many upsets that left people talking. On Thursday, No. 12 Arkansas-Little Rock left everyone in the world talking, when they defeated No. 5 Purdue in a double-overtime affair.

Led by clutch shots from Josh Hagins, Arkansas-Little Rock put themselves on the map and created for themselves quite the story of a team that didn’t give in and as they game dragged on. Now on Saturday, their challenge gets even tougher, as they have to take on the No. 4 Iowa State Cyclones.

The Cyclones had a fantastic first day in the NCAA  Tournament First Round, with a huge victory over Iona and the Cyclones never skipped a beat en route to a win. They won’t let their guard down against Arkansas-Little Rock which should make it a great game.
