After the Duke Blue Devils took on the Yale Bulldogs, Twitter had quite the reactions to the game.
In the first round of the NCAA Tournament, the Yale Bulldogs became the tournament darlings when they knocked off No. 5 Baylor. In the NCAA Tournament Second Round, everyone was behind Yale as they took on the Duke Blue Devils.
Unfortunately for the Bulldogs, it looked like the game was going to be over early, as the Blue Devils jumped all over the Bulldogs and built up a giant lead. However, the Bulldogs didn’t give in and closed the gap on Duke and got as close as three points.
While the Bulldogs weren’t able to pull off a trip to the Sweet 16 and upset the defending champions, they created quite the drama in the second half of the game by making it such an entertaining game that went to the bitter end, where the Blue Devils behind Brandon Ingram pulled away from a scrappy team.
After the game, everyone was talking about the game at hand and Twitter had quite the reaction the game that had just unfolded in Providence.
Duke isn't gonna last long. Nothin but credit to Yale but Duke almost lost to an Ivy League team

Duke survives and will advance. Mad props to Yale for almost coming back from a 27 point deficit. Great effort

Yale University should be very proud of their basketball team. No scholarships and they beat #5 Baylor and lose a close one to #4 Duke

Duke wins bc the game wasn't 5 min longer. Duke: full choke mode the entire 2nd half. Didn't see 1st half but 2nd = total Yale domination.

Holy cow. What a fight by Yale, but the good guys prevailed! #Duke

I hate Duke, but ot dumb enough to take YALE in a
BB gm vs them. U got what you derserve if U did
It would have been easy for Yale to fold it in and call it a season after getting down big, but they fought hard to make it a game and everyone respects them for their efforts. Duke now advances to the Sweet 16 and will most assuredly have the fight of their season their hands.
