Baylor women’s head coach Kim Mulkey had a message for President Obama after her team’s Sweet 16 win

The No. 1 seed Baylor Bears earned a victory in the Sweet 16 on Saturday, easily handling the Florida State Seminoles, 78-58. It was a win that really most of us saw coming, seeing just how talented this Baylor women’s team really is.

Well, actually, it seems that President Barack Obama didn’t see it coming, and Kim Mulkey had something to say about that after the game.

You see, in the annual bracket that Obama fills out for the women’s tournament, the Commander-in-Chief actually predicted a Florida State upset in this round, which no doubt raised some eyebrows. It was a bold pick, but one that he made nonetheless.

So after the game was over, the always outspoken Mulkey let everyone know that she wanted Obama to get a little message.

Mulkey is just a treasure with some of her quotes, but this one really takes the cake. But at the same time, you really can’t blame her for feeling a little disrespected. Again, Baylor is one of the more talented teams in the country and we could all see them getting at least to the Elite Eight.

President Obama might think twice about choosing against Baylor ever again.
