Welcome to DeMarcus Cousins watch
Parsing through players’ public presence and poring through private moments of their personal lives is invasive and off-putting. What this article presupposes is “what if it wasn’t?” What if we saw more than what they willingly put out into the world through social media posts and whatever TMZ’s role in society is? What if a small trojan was surreptitiously placed on the computer of a popular athlete, say DeMarcus Cousins? The Trojans are the name of a popular college sports team, so that means it’d be okay I think.
I haven’t done that. What this article presupposes in addition to all that other stuff is “What if I had?”
