Bobby Petrino has ruffled some feathers at some of his previous coaching stops. One Clemson fan mocks him from his Arkansas days on ESPN’s College GameDay.
Louisville Cardinals head coach Bobby Petrino is one of the best in the college game. His offensives are always high-octane and his teams are usually in the top 25 of the AP Poll.
However, Petrino is also known for his inability to leave a job with class. He spurned Louisville in 2007 to coach Michael Vick with the NFL’s Atlanta Falcons. Petrino abruptly left Atlanta for the SEC’s Arkansas Razorbacks gig with a month left in the 2007 NFL season.
Petrino had to leave Arkansas after an embarrassing affair with a woman in the athletic department. It became a national story after he wrecked his motorcycle and had to wear a neck brace at an Arkansas press conference. He would go to Western Kentucky for a year before returning to Louisville as Charlie Strong’s replacement.

Petrino’s Cardinals are playing a huge ACC Atlantic game on Saturday against the Clemson Tigers. One Clemson fan decided to mock Petrino by dressing like him from his infamous Arkansas neck brace press conference at ESPN’s College GameDay.
Clemson/Louisville is a budding rivalry in the ACC since Louisville joined the conference two seasons ago. Louisville gives the ACC Atlantic three football powers in Clemson, the Florida State Seminoles, and now Louisville.
This one Clemson fan took his passion for the Tigers and his disdain for Louisville to another level on College GameDay. The results are fantastic and everybody can have a good laugh at his GameDay garb.
