NFL DFS Week 10: Top Fanduel Cash Lineup

Are you ready for NFL DFS week 10 on Fanduel?  Wow week 10 of the NFL season is already upon us.  Soon we will be eating Turkey while watching cold weather games as teams make their push for the playoffs.  We have some great games on the slate today, but before we get to those, lets take a look at how things went last week.  It was a rough one to watch, as Frank Gore stole some TD glory away from Andrew Luck which ultimately ended any hopes of cashing last week.  Last weeks lineup finished with 115.34 points, which finished outside the pay-line in all of my contests.  That’s two losing weeks in a row which brings my season long record to 6-3.  I’m ready to make my playoff push and get back to the winning side today with my NFL DFS Week 10 top Fanduel cash lineup.  This is for the main slate on Fanduel like usual.

There are many different ways to go this week at almost every position.  David Johnson is the most expensive player on the board, as he should be.  He gets a tasty matchup against the horrible run defense the San Francisco 49ers are throwing out.  Since Navarro Bowman went down the 49ers have not been able to stop anyone, but will David Johnson make value at his $9,400 price tag?  Let’s take a look at what I think at the running back position, plus the rest of my week 10 lineup.

Like I said in the intro, this week is tough.  There are guys you can make an argument to both pay up or down for at multiple positions.  When you build a cash game lineup, you try to build a safer lineup and lower your risk, all while trying to get 2X your total salary.  So with a $60K salary cap, you want to project 120 points as a baseline.  Most weeks 120 points will get you within the cash line in most 50/50 contests.  Let’s take a look at how I plan on getting their today.

There are a ton of good-looking QB’s today but I settled on Big Ben.  I think another week removed from his injury will help him tremendously.  The Dallas secondary is a little banged up, and the Steelers just haven’t gone off in a few weeks.  I think this is a great chance for them to get back on the up and up so I’m taking my chances here with Ben.  The QB spot is one that has been costly for me the past couple weeks, so I was reluctant to pay up for some of the higher priced QB’s in hopes Ben gets me at least 16 fantasy points today.  I think the Steelers offense goes off today and brings the Cowboy Nation back down off cloud number 9.

At running back, you almost have to play David Johnson in cash games.  He will be extremely high owned, and he should be.  I will NOT be playing him in tournaments, but in cash you can’t go wrong.  Even if he doesn’t get a full workload in because the game could get out of hand, he will be the main focus of the offense and has the best matchup he has had in weeks.  I paired him with Jay Ajayi.  No other running back has been hotter over the past 3 weeks, and the game plan for Miami is to run him until he can’t run anymore, then give him a break and do it again.  He will get a full workload today and should reach value by sheer opportunities.  Ajayi could take this game over in the 4th quarter.

At wide receiver I paired Ben up with Antonio Brown.  He hasn’t had his normal production over the past few weeks, but I think that changes today.  If the Steelers are going to win today, Antonio Brown is going to play a big part.  That’s what I’m banking on today and I think Brown gets 20 fantasy points.  Jordan Matthews and Julian Edelman are my other two receivers today.  Matthews gets a Falcon defense that is vulnerable through the air because their best corner Desmond Trufant is out with a shoulder injury.  He is Wentz’ favorite wideout and I think he sees a heavy workload today.  Julian Edelman has a tough matchup against the Seattle Seahawks, but I think the Seahawks spend more time trying to cover Gronk which will leave Edelman with a lot of targets.  He has a decent shot at getting into the endzone tonight and will be our late game hammer!  At tightend Zach Miller gets the call.  Tampa Bay has been horrible against tight ends lately and Jay Cutler seems to like Miller a lot.  I think he will be a popular play, but should be worth it today to use him in your cash game lineups.

At kicker, I’m going with Wil Lutz of the New Orleans Saints.  The Denver defense is a bad matchup, but Brees at home is just as bad.  The Denver defense has been attacked through the running game (ALERT USE INGRAM AS A TOURNEY SLEEPER), and I think that will lead to New Orleans having some opportunities to kick field goals.  Washington gets my call at defense.  The Minnesota Vikings look bad, they can’t run, they can’t pass, and are giving up a TON of sacks lately.  The Redskins are an underrated defense and I believe they get to Bradford for at least 3 sacks today and could force some turnovers.
