DFS Fantasy Football Picks:

Similarly to baseball, finding cheaper value players are ever so critical to the success of your DFS Fantasy Football Picks. In order to unlock the studs of the slate, you’ll need to find the bargain players that provide important salary relief. Here are my top bargain plays for week eleven on both DraftKings and FanDuel.

Kirk Cousins – WSH (QB) – DK $5800, FD $7600

The Washington Redskins will take on the visiting Green Bay Packers, on Sunday night, in a game where they are 3 point favorites. Even with the injury to DeSean Jackson, the Washington passing game has clicked, with Cousins throwing at least 2 touchdowns in 3 of his last 4 games. With Rob Kelly assuming the role of lead back, a struggling running game doesn’t get much better. Washington will again lean on the arm of Cousins in a game that has shootout potential.

Green Bay’s pass defense has been decimated with the loss of Sam Shields. They currently rank 18th in pass defense DVOA, and will be in a tough spot, on the road, facing a team that is picking up momentum. Washington has one of the better projected team totals, at 26.75 points and Kirk Cousins could shine in this prime time spot.

C.J. Prosise – SEA (RB) – DK $4200, FD $4900

C.J. Prosise introduced himself to the world last week, after an impressive 22.30 DraftKings’ point night. Prosise entered his college career at Notre Dame as a wide receiver, but was converted to a running back prior to the 2015 season. He’s drawn comparisons to another well-known converted wide receiver to running back, David Johnson. We’ve seen the success that these converts can have in the new NFL. Passing catching backs are extremely valuable, especially to teams that struggle on the offensive line, e.g., Seattle. Seattle will be in a favorable spot, as Philadelphia will be traveling west after a big win against Atlanta.

Earlier this week, news broke that Seattle cut ties with former lead back, Christine Michael. Thomas Rawls will be returning to the back field, but he may be eased back into the mix. His availability should be monitored throughout the week, but if Prosise has a share of early down work as well as all of the 3rd down work, he could be poised for another impressive outing.

DraftKings Specific:

Eddie Royal ($3400)/Cameron Meredith ($4100) – CHI

Bears’ top wide out, Alshon Jeffery, will be serving the first, of his 4 game suspension this week. Alshon soaked up most of the targets from Jay Cutler and those targets will now need to find a new home. Cameron Meredith had a few breakout games earlier in the year, but they occurred when Brian Hoyer was under center. Since Jay Cutler‘s return, Meredtih has failed to produce. Unless we get word of who will benefit most from Alshon’s absence, both Royal and Meredith will be under priced, given their new role.

FanDuel Specific:

LeGarrette Blount – NE (RB) – $7300

Is LeGarrette Blount ever not going to score a touchdown? After smashing on Sunday night, Blount now has a touchdown in each of his last 5 games. I’ve been biased against playing Blount due to his inability to catch passes, and a Patriot game plan of a pass first offense. However, things seem to be a bit different this year and Blount continues to be fed. Blount will be in a nut spot vs. one of the leagues worst rushing defense, the San Francisco 49’ers. All investing wisdom would point to steering clear of a player like Blount seeing a significant price increase, but his goal line usage is too appealing on FanDuel. I won’t have a ton of Blount, due to the aforementioned price increase, but he’s worth considering in tournaments on FanDuel.

Other Bargain and Non-Bargain Values: Le’Veon Bell, Zach Miller, Martellus Bennett, Theo Riddick, Cameron Meredith, LeSean McCoy, Eddie Royal, Julian Edelman
