FanDuel daily picks: Fantasy basketball lineup-December 3

The NBA has eight games on the schedule for Saturday night giving us a solid slate of options for today’s FanDuel daily picks.

The NBA helps close out a very busy Saturday of sports with eight games tonight. There are some interesting matchups to check out, and some big-hame stars to be sure to target if you’re putting together a DFS fantasy basketball entry. It’s a pretty typical schedule of games tonight with good distribution throughout the night. The first game starts at 7:00 PM ET when rosters will lock in place for the night as the Hornets welcome in the Timberwolves. At 7:30, the Hawks travel to Toronto and the Celtics face the Sixers in Philadelphia. At 8:00, Memphis tapes together its makeshift lineup to lost the Lakers while Dallas tries to do the same at 8:30 when they take on the Bulls. At 9:00, the Nuggets are in Utah followed at 10 by the Heat taking on the Blazers. In the last game of the night, the Warriors face the Suns for the third time this season as they look to bounce back from their loss to the Rockets on Thursday night.

One thing to always check when picking your team is who is playing on the second night of back-to-back games. Tonight, the Hawks, Celtics, Bulls, Nuggets, Lakers, T-Wolves, Sixers, and Raptors are playing for the second night in a row, but none of the teams on the schedule tonight are in action tomorrow on the light four-game Sunday night slate.

With 16 teams taking the floor tonight, there are many of different ways to assemble your fantasy lineup. I’ve selected my top options on the next few slides for today’s FanDuel daily picks. My goal each day is to give you the information you need to build your own customized lineup to get you a win however you participate in DFS contests. In order to help you find what you need, I’ve separated my picks by position and price. You’ll find two slides per position–the first slide will feature the best high-salary options followed by some high-value options which cost less but still offer solid returns. Each slide contains at least two options with extras thrown in where possible.

I rank my picks for each contest using stars after each explanation to show the relative strength of the pick. For a full explanation of the rating system, check out the last slide of this post, but in short, more stars means more confidence (on a point-per-dollar basis). Also on the final slide of the post, you can see how I’m putting together the best of my picks into my personal lineup for today’s competition. I suggest you build your own customized team with the players you like the most, but you’re welcome to check out my lineups and use them as a place to get started.
