The NBA has a jam-packed Wednesday night with ten games lined up for tonight. the 20 teams give us 100 starters to consider for DFS fantasy basketball along with the players that make sense off each team’s bench. There are a lot of choices for today’s FanDuel daily picks and getting the right blend of stars and sleepers is always challenging which is what makes DFS fantasy basketball so much fun.

More from FanDuel

Tonight’s schedule is full, but it’s very compressed with every game tipping off by 9:30 PM ET. The first four games all get started at 7:00 PM ET which is when lineups will lock for the night. Those early games feature the Hornets at the Wizards, the Raptors at the 76ers, the Clippers in Orlando, and the Pacers across the state in Miami. At 7:30, the Lakers and Nets get started in Brooklyn in a matchup stuffed with value options. Two more games start at 8:00 as the Rockets host Boogie Cousins and the Kings while the Grizzlies take on the Cavaliers who are resting some of their big-name stars. The last three games are staggered at 8:30, 9:00, and 9:30 as the Pistons visit the Mavs, the Thunder are in Utah to face the Jazz, and the Celtics and Spurs close out the night with a 9:30 matchup in San Antonio. The Grizz, Cavs, Thunder, and Magic are on the second night of back-to-back games while the Pacers and Spurs both have another game lined up for tomorrow. The Spurs are home tonight and away (at Phoenix) tomorrow, so it would seem like Coach Pop would play his players tonight, but with him its never a sure thing.

With those 20 teams filling up the floor tonight, our DFS fantasy basketball pool of options is a deep one tonight. I’ve collected my favorite options for you to check out on the next few slides in today’s FanDuel daily picks. My goal each day is to give you the information you need to build your own customized lineup to get you a win however you participate in DFS contests. In order to help you find what you need, I’ve separated my picks by position and price. You’ll find two slides per position–the first slide will feature the best high-salary options followed by some high-value options which cost less but still offer solid returns. Each slide contains at least two options with extras thrown in where possible.

I rank my picks for each contest using stars after each explanation to show the relative strength of the pick. For a full explanation of the rating system, check out the last slide of this post, but in short, more stars means more confidence (on a point-per-dollar basis). Also on the final slide of the post, you can see how I’m putting together the best of my picks into my personal lineup for today’s competition. I suggest you build your own customized team with the players you like the most, but you’re welcome to check out my lineups and use them as a place to get started.

Just a reminder that each day in my FanDuel daily picks, all salary references and references to “fantasy points” refer to FanDuel pricing and scoring.  If you are looking for similar coverage specifically for DraftKings, check the box above for related posts or find the latest on the fantasy basketball hub.
