March Madness has seen a lot of upsets over the years. Here are the 10 biggest of all-time.

Sports has seen a lot of upsets. Perhaps no event has seen more upsets and surprising wins than March Madness. The NCAA Tournament sees constant upsets and heartbreaking losses that either destroy or help your bracket.

Each upset will be graded by the excitement of the game and how unexpected the upset was. Considering how many there have been over the years, this was a difficult list to compile. Eight number two seeds and 14 number three seeds have lost in the first round. But this list won’t necessarily include eight number two seeds. Here are the top 10 NCAA Men’s Tournament upsets of all-time.

10. Bucknell over Kansas (2005)

Going into the 2005 NCAA Tournament, the Kansas Jayhawks were the number three seed in their bracket. Still, they had a very talented team and many considered them a dark horse to emerge from March Madness as the national champions. Kansas drew a first round matchup against the No.14 seed Bucknell Bison.

The Bison shocked the world by beating the Jayhawks 64-63. Wayne Semien from Kansas had the chance to win it at the buzzer, but his buzzer beater fell just short. Chris McNaughton played the hero by getting the game winning basket with just 10.5 seconds left.
