If you’re planning on attending EA Play this year, you’re in for a treat, as a number of games will be available to play at the event.

E3 2017 is one of the biggest video game events of the year. During that time, Electronic Arts holds its own event known as EA Play, where the company showcases a bunch of upcoming games. Other than seeing some new trailers and learning a bunch of new details, those in attendance will be able to demo some games as well.

In a press release, it was revealed that five games will be playable. These games are the sequel to Star Wars: Battlefront, Need for Speed, Madden NFL 18, NBA LIVE 18, and FIFA 18. This is a great opportunity for people to test out these games.

It’s also great for EA in general. We know that other than their sports games, the others have been severely lacking. Star Wars: Battlefront was extremely disappointing. It’s highly doubtful anything that’s really worthwhile will spring from the sequel, but we’re willing to give it a chance.

NBA LIVE 18 is nothing special either. Why would we play that game when we have the far superior NBA 2K series? I guess they’ll keep on trying, though.

Regardless, we should learn more about all of these games, plus anything else EA is working on. As we mentioned, plenty of details will be revealed during the press conference about upcoming games. Get ready for a bunch of trailers and gameplay clips.

The coverage will continue throughout the week after this event, of course. With EA Play starting on June 10 and ending on June 12, E3 2017 comes right after. Beginning on June 13, extensive coverage on EA games and a variety of others in development will go down.
