The latest on Ric Flair has wrestling fans still worried as he remains in critical condition.

Despite a successful surgery, Ric Flair remains in critical condition, according to his fiancée Wendy Barlow.

Barlow updated fans via Facebook on Flair’s condition saying that the 16-time World champion continues to suffer from “multiple organ problems.”

In the statement, Barlow remained quiet on the details surrounding Flair’s condition, but that the Flair family continues to ask for prayers for the famed pro wrestler. Barlow continued by saying that she has remained by Flair’s side since Friday and thanked fans for their love and support.

Flair was admitted to the hospital on Friday after complaining of severe abdominal pains. Fans immediately feared the worst upon hearing the news. Barlow said “from that moment on it all seems like a nightmare.” ‘The Nature Boy’ continues to deal with organ issues, but no official diagnosis of problems has come out.

On Monday, Flair was put in a medically induced coma and underwent successful colon surgery. Fans rejoiced upon hearing the news of the successful surgery, thinking the worst was behind one of the greatest wrestlers of all time. Unfortunately, with Barlow’s recent statement, fans are now concerned that Flair is not out of the woods and continue to worry.

WWE has addressed the situation on both RAW and SmackDown this week. Charlotte missed Tuesday’s edition of SmackDown to remain by her father’s side. She released a statement of her own on Tuesday, thanking fans for their support and saying that her father “is a FIGHTER.”

We can only hope that Flair is able to show some signs of improvement in the coming days. As for now, it looks like Flair faces an uphill battle, but something tells me that if anyone can overcome this condition, it’s the dirtiest player in the game.
