The Cincinnati Bengals are still searching for their first win of the season, and they may find it hard to find against the Green Bay Packers Sunday.

It has been a rough first two weeks of the season for the Cincinnati Bengals, and now they have to go into Lambeau Field and take on the Green Bay Packers. The Bengals began their season with two home games, and incredibly, did not score a touchdown in either loss. Head coach Marvin Lewis is definitely on the hot seat this season, and he has not helped himself through the first two games.

For the Green Bay Packers, they come into this game reeling off a bad loss against the Atlanta Falcons. Their Sunday Night matchup against the Falcons was a rematch of last season’s NFC Championship Game, and it had pretty much the same result. The Packers defense struggled against the high-octane Falcons offense, and should find better footing against the Bengals on Sunday.

The Bengals spent a first round pick on wide receiver John Ross last April, and he finally got on the field last week. Teaming with A.J. Green, the two should give Andy Dalton some solid deep threats to throw to. Rookie running back Joe Mixon was also supposed to provide a spark, but he has been pedestrian through his first two NFL games.

Green Bay suffered some injuries last week against Atlanta, and while it could have an impact on Sunday, they are good enough to beat Cincinnati short-handed. Aaron Rodgers is one of the best quarterbacks in the league, and he was embarassed by the Falcons in primetime in Week 2. He is going to come out throwing in this one, and should find easy sledding against the Bengals secondary.

Odds

Line: Green Bay (-8.0)

Over/Under: 44.5

The Packers should win this one by a touchdown at least, so betting the current line seems to make sense. They also will be scoring a ton of points against a Bengals defense that should be on the field a lot due to the lack of offense. This line and over/under has changed a bit over the past week or so, so head on over to sportsbookreview.com for any changes up until kickoff.

Prediction

It is the NFL, so you never know what can happen on any given Sunday, but this feels like a forgone conclusion. The Bengals should be a lot better than their performance has indicated, but they will  not get it right against the Packers on Sunday. Look for a huge game from Rodgers in this one, as the Packers get back over .500 through the first three games of the season.

Final Score: Packers 30, Bengals 13
