Best Dunk

Typically, when Oklahoma City is in the picture for Best Dunk award, it’s Russell Westbrook driving down the lane to fiercely throw it down on a poor opponent.

But this week’s recipient actually slammed it home over Westbrook. Bucks’ point guard Malcolm Brogdon stole a pass from the MVP and took it down the court for a huge dunk.

The announcer’s call on the Bucks’ home network, Fox Sports Wisconsin, was the best part of the dunk. As it alludes to in the tweet, the announcer yells “He jammed that right in Westbrook’s face!”

It’s not often that Westbrook is on the receiving end of a poster, but Brogdon makes sure to put the MVP front and center. While it didn’t have the force and loud yelling like most boisterous dunks, the fact that it was one point guard over another deserves this accolade.
