The best moments from a dunk and petty marathon between the Oklahoma City Thunder and Philadelphia 76ers.

The Oklahoma City Thunder defeated the Philadelphia 76ers on Sunday night. No one cares about the final score. Wins and losses don’t matter in the NBA. You know what matters? Dunks and pettiness.

This rivalry dates all the way back to Dec. 15 when the two teams battled in a triple-overtime thrilled that ended with Russell Westbrook telling Joel Embiid to “go home.” The Sixers were at home. Westbrook and Embiid are top-two when it comes to trolling in the NBA, so you knew Embiid would be looking for revenge on Sunday.

And he got it midway through the first quarter.

Was it a charge? Maybe. We’ll never know for sure until the NBA releases their First Six Minute Report. Embiid dunked on Westbrook and then gave him a death stare as the reigning MVP picked himself up.

A lot has been made of the friendship between Paul George and Westbrook in recent weeks. The newly minted All-Star proved that he has his teammates back when he went body hunting on Embiid moments later.

He missed the dunk, but points aren’t relevant. Trying to end the career of a promising star is what the people want to see.

If Westbrook wasn’t already angry following Embiid’s dunk, Justin Anderson didn’t help his mood.

Anderson makes the number one mistake any player can make when Westbrook is on the floor. He tries to outperform the most electrifying player in the NBA. The boxscore shows this as the teams trading dunks. The video shows this as Westbrook trying to end the Sixers franchise.

And he would try again at the start of the fourth quarter.

Now, if you thought Embiid’s staredown earlier was disrespectful. It had nothing on this closing sequence.

The Thunder won the game. Westbrook won the war.
