The Duke Blue Devils face the Syracuse Orange on Friday, March 23 in the Sweet 16 of the 2018 NCAA Tournament. Here’s all the info you need to watch.

On the right side of the 2018 NCAA Tournament bracket, there actually hasn’t been as much calamity as some might think. Yes, this has been March Madness in the truest sense in many cases. But many top seeds still remain on the right side, including the Duke Blue Devils in the Midwest Region. However, they’ll now face off with an upset minded Syracuse Orange squad in the Sweet 16 on Friday.

Led by star freshman and potential National Player of the Year candidate Marvin Bagley III, Duke has been unstoppable thus far in the tournament. The combination of Bagley, fellow freshman Wendell Carter Jr., and senior leader Grayson Allen has this team playing their best ball at the right time. When they are at their best, they are nigh untouchable.

As for Syracuse, they barely made it into the tournament, actually having to win a First Four game to make it into the field of 64. Yet, they’ve since knocked off 6-seeded TCU and then toppled No. 3 Michigan State in a stunner in the Round of 32. Jim Boeheim’s group isn’t deep, but they are clearly stepping it up for March.

Details for Friday’s game are below:

Date: Friday, March 23
Start Time: 9:37 p.m. ET
Location: Omaha, NE

With the way that Duke has been playing, many have them pegged to win it all, cutting down the nets in San Antonio. However, we’ve all seen Boeheim and Syracuse turn on some magic this time of year. They’ll need some of that wizardry on Friday night if they’re going to be the ones to topple the Blue Devils.
