Olympic swimmer Katie Ledecky gave Stanley Cup MVP Alex Ovechkin approval on his impressive form while partying in a Washington, D.C., area fountain.

On Saturday, members of the Stanley Cup champion Washington Capitals celebrated their achievement back home by flopping around in a Georgetown fountain.

In the video, Conn Smythe winner Alexander Ovechkin is seen doing a static breaststroke while his teammates continue to go nuts around him. Then this happened:

That’s Katie Ledecky, a five-time Olympic gold medalist swimmer who also happens to be a native Washingtonian. Her telling Ovechkin his swimming technique is “nice” is like Steph Curry telling you your jumper is “sick.” It’s the ultimate compliment.

Ledecky is the niece of Jon Ledecky, a former minority owner of the Capitals and Washington Wizards. She was apparently a fixture around both organizations growing up, which turned her into a lifelong Caps fan.

Exhibit A on how cool her childhood must have been: This photo of a three-year-old Ledecky with her uncle, current Capitals owner Ted Leonsis and Michael freakin’ Jordan.

The only person right now who could top the high of that photo is Ovechkin, who has been living his best life since securing both his and the franchise’s first Stanley Cup championship last week. Just look at this tender, wet moment between him and teammate T.J. Oshie. That’s true happiness in one perfect shot.

He’s already taken a keg stand out of the Cup and made his wife watch as he laid in bed with his prize. The man is currently on one of the most prolific benders D.C. (and possibly the world) has ever seen, and it will only get more ridiculous come Tuesday when the Caps take downtown D.C. by storm during their championship parade.
