DFS Golf: The CJ Cup at Nine Bridges – OB’s Lineup

Welcome

Welcome to another edition of OB’s Lineup. For those of you who are new to this column, this is a solid rundown of the current week’s DFS Golf slate and is aimed to help you build your lineup and win some big bucks. If you are reading this column, that tells me that you are a diehard DFS PGA fan and want to win now. With all the other sports taking place, the DFS Golf rave tends to slow down. Show the rest of the DFS world that we as Golf fanatics have the best DFS experience and grind our faux sport because it takes a certain type of person to hit on these tournaments and cash games. Wear your love for DFS Golf with pride on your chest and show the world that golf is most certainly not BORING. Win some money and flex your success. Teach people to respect the fantasy golf community. Be a big baller.

The 2018-2019 season is young, and golfers are attempting to turn a new leaf.  Myself, and this column, will also look to turn over a much smaller leaf. Last week was a dud, I get that. But we were only burned by the under-performance of our sleepers. This is why I advise you to change certain lower-priced golfers to your own preference. If there is one thing I know, it is that I am surely not perfect. I am here to help guide you to a fantasy goldmine, but it is you who submits your lineup. With all of these things in mind, let’s hop into the lineup I’m rolling with this week.

Quick note: If you’re looking for specific metrics to attack this week make sure to check out The CJ Cup Primer and Course Preview on FantasyCPR!

OB’s Lineup

More from FanSided

This lineup is meant for Fanduel but can be refered to for any fantasy golf platforms. Some descriptions may be short because of time-crunch. I apologize.

Justin Thomas ($13,100)

This pick shouldn’t surprise anyone. The course history is there and he fits all of the statistical advantages we have targeted for this week. Especially since the other guys at the top of the slate aren’t of the same caliber as Thomas. I don’t like Koepka coming off of a break and I hardly ever pick someone to win back to back tournaments. So no Leishman this week. Look for JT to have another stellar performance in South Korea this weekend.

Billy Horschel ($10,300)

Horschel has been playing below his skill set as of late and I see this opportunity as a clear bounce-back week. I feel he may be a tad overpriced and would look like a trap to most people, but Horschel is due for a stellar tour performance. Why not at The CJ?

Kevin Tway ($9,800)

Tway is one of my favorite golfers at this course because he fills every category to be successful. The approach statistics, mixed with his golf knowledge should lead to a fantastic outing for the Englishman. Start Tway, be confident, win money.

Kevin Na ($9,500)

The second Kevin in this lineup has been playing well as of late. The only thing that he has done wrong is forget how to play golf on Sundays. Let the man breathe, and insert him into your lineup. A player of his talent will right the ship and sail his way to fantasy golf glory.

C.T. Pan ($8,600)

Pan always finds his way into my lineups because he is always undervalued and outperforms his price. It’s that simple. If there is anything you take away from this article it is that Pan is my Fantasy Golf ride or die.

Austin Cook ($8,400)

A young, up and coming spirit on the tour who is always looking to compete with the big dogs. I believe Cook has the talent to become a 10k golfer by the end of this season. I love rooting for this kid. This might be a slot where you have some opportunity to pick your poison.
