Each NFL team’s best draft pick of the last decade
Dallas Cowboys: G Zack Martin (2014 1st Round, No. 16)
A team that routinely crushes the NFL Draft like the Dallas Cowboys makes it hard to settle on the best pick of the decade. We’ll go with Zack Martin, who has become one of the premier offensive linemen in the NFL. Jerry Jones deserves credit for taking Martin over Johnny Manziel, who the Cowboys scouted heavily before he became one of the biggest busts in NFL history.
Denver Broncos: OLB Von Miller (2011 1st Round, No. 2)
This was a no-brainer as Von Miller has turned into one of the most dominant defensive linemen in the NFL. Miller was one of the stalwart forces on Denver’s Super Bowl 50 title-winning team, winning the game’s MVP honors. The Broncos have also seen Miller make eight Pro Bowls and seven All-Pro teams as well as earn a spot on the 2010s All-Decade Team.
Detroit Lions: DT Ndamukong Suh (2010 1st Round, No. 2)
One of the oldest picks on this list, Detroit’s best draft choice of the decade was it’s first. Ndamukong Suh is better known for some of his controversial behavior but he was still one of the most dominant interior linemen of the decade. After spending five years in Detroit, Suh has since played for Miami, Tampa Bay, and the Los Angeles Rams.
