One of the best games on the Week 5 NFL schedule is the battle for the state of Pennsylvania, as Carson Wentz and the Philadelphia Eagles, who beat the San Francisco 49ers last week, will try to move to 2-2-1 against Mike Tomlin and his undefeated, AFC North-leading Pittsburgh Steelers.

By virtue of playing in the laughable NFC East, Philadelphia is currently in first place in their division. While many assumed that Pittsburgh and Philadelphia were going to end up in first place after the first quarter of the season on the back of excellent quarterback play. However, it’s been the front seven that has pushed these teams to victories in 2020, as Fletcher Cox and TJ Watt are playing some excellent football.

What to watch for in Eagles vs Steelers

The Steelers were supposed to play in Week 4 against the Tennessee Titans, but a COVID-19 outbreak has forced the postponement of their game until Week 7. While Steelers fans have to be a bit upset at Tennessee messing with their schedule, Ben Roethlisberger and their passing attack could take out their revenge on an Eagles team that is leaking coolant on both sides of the ball.

The Eagles thought the selection of Jalen Reagor would fix their wide receiver issues, but injuries have forced the likes of Travis Fulgham, Greg Ward, and rookie John Hightower into prominent roles. Maybe this could be the big breakout game for struggling second-round rookie JJ Arcega-Whiteside, who has rarely seen playing time despite all of the injuries in that receivers room.
