Game cancellations have been making Fanduel lineups harder to build, but a solid lineup in Week 6 makes this a much easier team to build.

How does one compete with a player who scored four touchdowns on the field? Chase Claypool was in 0.5% of lineups last week, and he ended up scoring 39.1 Fanduel points. Looking at most of the big money winners across the platform, Claypool was a major player in just about all of them. He’s what you can call a “millionaire maker.”

Every week, Fanduel players are looking for who might be the next Claypool on the roster. There are so many receivers across the NFL that could fit the bill. The Pittsburgh Steelers are always a team that takes advantage of their No. 2 wide receiver, but other teams can make a claim to build off the position.

Obviously, Calvin Ridley is having an insane season (barring injury) behind Julio Jones. The Texans seem to have a different star receiver every week. There are gems to find, but it takes a little luck.

It usually makes more sense to go with a player that’s done it time and time again. A more obvious statement may not have been made, but with Claypool going crazy, Fanduel players will look to take a swing for the fences.

This is a boom-or-bust strategy that gets players up the board, but also leads to going broke more times than not. To make some money, players have to make smart choices. That doesn’t mean they can’t take some chances. There are steals to be had.
