On Saturday, there’s a massive ACC showdown between the No. 1 Clemson Tigers and No. 4 Notre Dame Fighting Irish.

In no question one of the biggest college football games of the 2020 campaign, fans will be treated to an electric showdown on Saturday between the No. 1 Clemson Tigers and the No. 4 Notre Dame Fighting Irish.

Both teams will enter the massive tilt with an undefeated record, as Clemson is 7-0 on the year and Notre Dame is 6-0. Of course, the Tigers will be without superstar quarterback Trevor Lawrence for at least one more game after he tested positive for the coronavirus, but former 5-star signal-caller DJ Uiagalelei will be ready to make his second career start following a great showing against Boston College.

Saturday’s game will no question have massive implications for the college football rankings and College Football Playoff race.

How to watch and bet on Notre Dame vs. Clemson

Date: Saturday, Oct. 24
Time: 7:30 p.m. ET
Location: Notre Dame, IN
Venue: Notre Dame Stadium
Betting Odds: Clemson-5.5, O/U: 52
TV Info: NBC and USA Network
Live Stream: NBC, USA Network

NBC will interrupt the game at 7:55 p.m. to bring president-elect Joe Biden’s acceptance speech at which point the game will be shown on the USA Network for the duration of his speech. When Biden is finished speaking, the game will return to NBC.

Despite Lawrence missing this big-time game, Clemson remains a 5.5-point favorite. Because both teams are known for putting up plenty of points, the over/under set at 52 should come as no surprise. It goes without saying, but there will be plenty of pressure on Uiagalelei, as the country will wait to see if the true freshman can help lead the Tigers to victory.

I think the true freshman will get the job done, with Clemson covering the spread, but the under feels like the strong move here in what could turn out to be a 28-21 victory for the Tigers.
