Ohio State is looking for another easy victory over a Rutgers team that looks somewhat improved in 2020. Here’s how to bet and how you can watch.

Ohio State has dreams of winning the national championship in 2020. Rutgers is just trying to play competitive football.

These two teams will meet up Saturday night in Columbus, and Rutgers actually has a conference win this season with a victory over Michigan State. That is already a statement win for the season. Unfortunately for the Scarlet Knights, Saturday night may be a total confidence killer.

How to watch and bet on Rutgers vs. Ohio State

This is going to be quite the tall task for Rutgers and it is easy for bettors to jump on the spread in favor of the Scarlet Knights considering the team did take down Michigan State. However, it would be wise to still take the Buckeyes in this one. They demolished Nebraska in the season opener and picked up a comfortable win over Penn State last week. The offense should be able to score at will against a Rutgers team that just allowed 37 points to Indiana.

The over hitting depends on Rutgers’ ability to score against this defense. The Scarlet Knights put up 38 against the Spartans and 21 against the Hoosiers. Even scoring 14-17 points should be enough for the over to hit. The Buckeyes should be able to at least reach the 52-point total that was seen against Nebraska. Taking the under is just too risky with a Rutgers team that has still never shown any sustained success in the Big Ten.
