Pick Analysis. NFC. 3. player. 49. Scouting Report. North. Green Bay Packers

The pride of Houston returns to Wisconsin, the place where it all began for Watt who became a legend for the Badgers. Doesn’t that sound like something Hollywood came up with? Yes, and it’s all too perfect not to happen.

Despite Aaron Rodgers’ limited offensive weaponry, it’s clear the team will never invest in receivers. The pass rush for Green Bay remains pretty average as the team currently has 17 sacks. Sure, the Super Smith Bros. are a quality 1-2 duo, but where’s the No. 3 option if one of the two gets hurt?

Green Bay drafted the heir-apparent to Rodgers in Jordan Love, meaning at some point, the MVP is gone. Shouldn’t the team at east try to build an unstoppable defense to give him one last chance at a title in the place it all began?

You don’t strike gold on a quarterback three times in 30 years. For that reason, Matt LaFleur and Brian Gutekunst have to go for it all by adding Watt and given two of the greatest to play a shot at a ring in 2021.
