Creighton vs. Kansas live stream: Betting odds, TV channel, prediction

Kansas and Creighton are set to face off in a matchup of Top 10 schools.

The Big Ten-ACC Challenge may be getting all of the headlines this week, but the Big 12 and Big East have their own showdown going on. Villanova and Texas met in a thriller over the weekend but the headliner comes tonight when no. 9 Creighton travels to Allen Fieldhouse to take on no. 7 Kansas in a battle of two very exciting basketball teams.

Kansas is coming off of a successful 3-0 week headlined by a tremendous comeback win over Kentucky in the Champions Classic. One of the key storylines to watch with the Jayhawks in the early going is how they look to reload without Devon Dotson and Udoka Azubuike, with one player stepping up to the plate in a big way.

Guard Christian Braun was a rotational player as a freshman but has stepped up as a sophomore, making his mark with a 30-point effort in a win over St. Joe’s in Fort Myers. Third on the team in scoring with 12.8 points per game, Braun has been deadly from beyond the arc, knocking down 50 percent of his three-point attempts so far this season.

The Jayhawks will have their hands full with Creighton, which is off to a 3-0 start and is averaging 93.5 points per game over their past two contests. The Bluejays have plenty of offensive firepower, headlined by junior guard Marcus Zegarowski, who is second on the team in scoring and leads Creighton with seven assists a night.

This matchup promises to be an explosive offensive contest with plenty of breakout performances throughout the night. Whichever team is able to set the tempo defensively should walk away with the win.
